  • How does my map of stakeholders look like? Why will I not start any activity without this map anymore?
  • How to manage relationships with stakeholders with the benefit for my organisation? What are the methods of stakeholder management? How does the management practice look like?

3. CSR Matrix

  • What activities do organisations undertake? What is CSR and what is not?
  • Examples of activities in 7 areas according to the ISO26000 social responsibility standard.
  • How does the CSR management structure look like? How do organisations put this topic internally in order?

4. Standards and Trends

  • What are the main standards of CSR? What can these help me in?
  • How does the market of CSR in Poland look like? What are the initiatives? Who are main business, social and governmental actors?
  • What are the trends of CSR abroad? What is important at the moment? What can my organisation expect? What to pay attention to?
  • Where to look for information?

    Participant’s Details

    1. Sending the Registration Form is a legally binding obligation to participate in the training course on the terms and conditions specified therein. A VAT invoice will be issued based on it.
    2. We accept resignation from the training course sent in writing to the following e-mail address In the case of cancellation of the training course within a period shorter than 7 days, the fee is not reimbursed.
    3. The price of the training course is inclusive of: 1 training day, materials, coffee breaks and lunch.
    4. The price of the training course is exclusive of the costs of accommodation and the participant’s travel expenses.
    5. The organizer of the training reserves the right to change the date of the training course in the case of registration of an  insufficient number of participants to start the training.
