PROGRAM

Our original program consists of four thematic blocks.

1. Company Managed through Values – Introduction:

  • Definition of value-based management.
  • Key terms: mission, vision and values.
  • Short- and long-term benefits of value-based management.
  • Stages of implementation of value-based management.

2. Foundations of Value-Based Management at the Workplace:

  • Selection of values.
  • Definition in the perspective of effective implementation.
  • Good and bad practices.

3. Code of Conduct one of the Tools for Effective Management of the Company and Organisation:

  • Objectives and the scope of codes of conduct.
  • The structure and types codes of conduct.
  • Drawing up and implementation of a code of conduct at the workplace – good practices, examples.

4. Real Values in the Company:

  • Strategy of implementation of values versus maximisation of benefits for the company.
  • Ethical dilemmas at the workplace.
  • Institutionalization of value-based management.
  • Tools for implementation and communication – examples, good and bad practices.
  • Monitoring and redefinition.

  • combine presentations with workshop work,
  • demonstrate concrete examples from the Polish and foreign markets,
  • training courses are run by practitioners dealing with consulting in respect of codes of conduct on a daily basis.

Participant’s Details







  1. Sending the Registration Form is a legally binding obligation to participate in the training course on the terms and conditions specified therein. A VAT invoice will be issued based on it.
  2. We accept resignation from the training course sent in writing to the following e-mail address szkolenia@csrinfo.org. In the case of cancellation of the training course within a period shorter than 7 days, the fee is not reimbursed.
  3. The price of the training course is inclusive of: 1 training day, materials, coffee breaks and lunch.
  4. The price of the training course is exclusive of the costs of accommodation and the participant’s travel expenses.
  5. The organizer of the training reserves the right to change the date of the training course in the case of registration of an  insufficient number of participants to start the training.
